The evaluation of the results is the most difficult – but at the same time – stimulating part of our job because this is what often happens: we constantly hear, for example, “We have been doing this for years” or similar concepts, so we guess this is the proof that the system is not working properly and could be improved. It is well known that something is impossible to achieve, until “a fool” totally unaware comes into the picture and invents it.
